Art Commissions .png

Commissioning a piece of art might seem like a luxury. I like to see it as an investment in something special and unique. Something that honors an important and meaningful part of your life. Perhaps it’s a pet, a child doing something they love, a favorite place, a spot in your garden at a certain time of year, or simple a word that means something to you.

COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS ALSO MAKE EXTRAORDINARY GIFTS, ONE OF A KIND AND INCREDIBLY PERSONAL

When we work together, I invest time in you. My thoughtful process will help you clarify exactly what you desire and what will best work for your space.

Whatever subject you choose, I want your commissioned painting to capture the mood, the colors, and the emotion you want to remember forever.

Prices depend on the size and intricacy of the artwork, which can range from 12” x 12” to 36” x 48” or larger, and is priced between $400 and $4000.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION

To get started, let's discuss what you'd like. Please fill out this quick questionnaire that covers the basics. It will help me understand what type of painting you are interested in, size, etc. If you prefer, we can also discuss the application over the phone. You can contact me at annie@annisalness.com to get started.

There is NO obligation; it just helps us start the conversation!

Annie Salness did an incredible job painting my cocker spaniel, Bella. She was able to capture the dog's spirit exactly in her portrait without ever having seen her in person! Annie asked questions about her temperament, her story as a rescue, and my expectations and color preferences. The result is outstanding. I have a work of art I will cherish.

I'm looking forward to having Annie paint our newest rescue!
